Research: I am interested in large language model development, systems optimization, and applications.

Recently, inspired by Karpathy’s LLM Wiki, I built my own Research Wiki and several other AI-native tools. My other explorations include LLM inference on FPGAs, parametric memory, and linear attention bottlenecks on Blackwell GPUs.

Previously: I was a research intern at the NCTI for EDA (2025), where I worked with Prof. Qiang Xu on the HLS component of LLM4EDA (blog post). I was also a research intern at Intel (2023-2024), where I worked with Yuan Zhou on Gluten and vLLM for CPUs.

I received my bachelor’s degree with honors in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2024, where I worked with Prof. Liyao Xiang.
